This is a Semi Government organization formed around 15 years ago to meet switching equipment requirement of the country. It has used indigenous technology & have been meeting the growing demand of such equipments in the country.

R&D/Engineers of Film Electronics has closely interacted with the design team of C—DOT, Bangalore to develop Subscriber Line HMC for EPABX, RAX and MAX equipments. The design which was jointly developed by C—DOT & FE was later on offered to other vendors of C—DOT to produce around 20 million lines in the country.
